Any analytics and diagnostics services (such as Google Firebase and Google Analytics) are used strictly in a first-party capacity to measure and improve Crinza™ platform performance. Ad-personalization and advertising features of these services are not enabled, the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is not collected, and no data is combined with third-party data or shared with data brokers for advertising. This processing does not constitute tracking under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Apple App Store & iOS Compliance

Crinza™ complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Apple's privacy requirements, including the following:

12.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

Crinza™ does not track users across third-party applications or websites for advertising or data-broker purposes. Therefore, the App does not implement nor is required to prompt users with Apple's AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework for such tracking consent.

All personal data collected (such as name, email address, phone number, and user ID) is used exclusively to deliver and improve Crinza™ platform services, authenticate users, and communicate with them — not for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

Crinza™ does not collect the device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and none of the data types listed in our App Store privacy labels are marked as "Used to Track You." No data is linked with third-party data for advertising purposes, and no data is shared with data brokers. Because the App does not track users under Apple's definition, no ATT permission prompt is required or presented.

12.2 Data Collected & Purpose (iOS App Privacy Labels)

The following data types may be collected on iOS in accordance with Apple's App Privacy requirements. All data collected is linked to the user's identity solely for the purposes of providing the Crinza™ service:

  • Name — Used for account creation and user identification within Crinza™
  • Email Address — Used for authentication, account recovery, and service communications
  • Phone Number — Used for account verification and support communications
  • User ID — Used to identify and authenticate the user within the Crinza™ platform
  • Photos or Videos — Used only if the user voluntarily uploads profile photos or course content; not accessed without explicit user action
  • Emails or Text Messages — Used only for in-platform communication features; not accessed from the device's native email or SMS apps
  • Usage Data — Used for app analytics and improving platform performance
  • Crash Data — Used to identify and fix application issues

12.3 Data Not Used for Tracking

None of the above data categories are used to track users. Specifically:

  • Data is not shared with third-party advertising networks
  • Data is not used for targeted advertising or ad retargeting
  • Data is not sold or shared with data brokers
  • Data is not linked with third-party data sources for advertising profiling

12.4 User Permissions on iOS

Crinza™ requests only the permissions necessary to provide core platform functionality. Any permission requests (e.g., camera, photo library) are accompanied by a clear explanation of their purpose at the time of the request. Users may manage or revoke permissions at any time through iOS device Settings.
