1.3 Important: No Cross-App Tracking

All information collected by Crinza™ is used solely to provide and improve the Crinza™ platform services. We do not use any collected data to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not share data with data brokers or use it for targeted advertising. Crinza™ does not engage in user tracking as defined under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

10.1 How Long We Keep Data

• Account and profile datakept while the account is active, and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request
• Uploaded content (photos, documents, course material)kept while the account is active and deleted along with the account
• Crash reports and diagnosticskept for up to 90 days
• Usage analyticskept for up to 14 months, in aggregated or pseudonymised form
• Payment and invoice recordskept for up to 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law
• Support communicationskept for up to 2 years after the request is resolved

10.2 How to Delete Your Account

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by:

• Submitting the form at crinza.com/account-deletion
• Emailing support@crinza.com from the email address linked to the account

We confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days. Certain information may be retained only where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, financial records, or dispute resolution, and only for the periods listed above.

12.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

Crinza™ does not track users across third-party applications or websites for advertising or data-broker purposes. Therefore, the App does not implement nor is required to prompt users with Apple's AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework for such tracking consent.

All personal data collected (such as name, email address, phone number, and user ID) is used exclusively to deliver and improve Crinza™ platform services, authenticate users, and communicate with themnot for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

Crinza™ does not collect the device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and none of the data types listed in our App Store privacy labels are marked as "Used to Track You." No data is linked with third-party data for advertising purposes, and no data is shared with data brokers. Because the App does not track users under Apple's definition, no ATT permission prompt is required or presented.

12.2 Data Collected & Purpose (iOS App Privacy Labels)

The following data types may be collected on iOS in accordance with Apple's App Privacy requirements. All data collected is linked to the user's identity solely for the purposes of providing the Crinza™ service:

12.3 Data Not Used for Tracking

None of the above data categories are used to track users. Specifically:

• Data is not shared with third-party advertising networks
• Data is not used for targeted advertising or ad retargeting
• Data is not sold or shared with data brokers
• Data is not linked with third-party data sources for advertising profiling

12.4 User Permissions on iOS

Crinza™ requests only the permissions necessary to provide core platform functionality. Any permission requests (e.g., camera, photo library) are accompanied by a clear explanation of their purpose at the time of the request. Users may manage or revoke permissions at any time through iOS device Settings.

13.1 Device Permissions on Android

• Camerato join live classes with video and to take a profile photo; used only while the user is in a live class or taking a photo
• Microphoneto speak in live classes; used only while the user is in a live class
• Photos, media and filesto upload a profile photo, assignments or course material the user selects; the App only accesses the files the user picks
• Notificationsto send class reminders, announcements and chat messages
• Internet and network stateto load content and keep live classes connected

Login OTPs are filled in using Google's SMS Retriever API, which delivers only the verification message addressed to the App. The App does not request permission to read the user's SMS inbox, contacts, call logs or precise location.

13.2 Data Encryption & Sharing

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 6, solely to operate the App, and is never sold.
